OPEN CALL TO THE EAST MIDLANDS REGION

CURATED SHORT FILM PROGRAMME

(for films up to 10 minutes long)

Film makers are invited to submit short films for selection to be screened on
the Glastonbury Village Screen 2010.

Films will be selected in the following two categories:

o After Dark – the adult film slot showing the seamier/sinister/darker

side of life. According to the UK Film Council there is a substantial
archive of quality content on this theme that will never find an
audience on city centre screens. We can show it at Glastonbury…so
we want to find it and give some its first public showing.

o Animation/Ambient – to include time delay, abstract, art film and

VJ. These will be shown in a daytime animation slot, great for family
entertainment, and there will also be two late night slots.

Terms & Conditions of the Curated Short Film Programme

• Films should be submitted in DVD format and should be accompanied
by a completed submissions/permissions form by Tuesday 04 May
