HOW TO CREATE THE TABLES :

Step 1 - Click on start icon , find for Microsoft Access and click open Microsoft
Access 2013

.Then,Microsoft access 2013 opened.

Step 2 - Click on Blank Desktop Database to continue .

Step 3 Window appears , then click on create to create the blank database

Step 3 - Click on Create ,Then Click on Table icon or Table Design to create the table
.

HOW TO CREATE THE QUERY

Step 1 - Click on start icon , find for Microsoft Access and click open Microsoft

Step 1 - Click on start icon , find for Microsoft Access and click open Microsoft

Step 2- Then Microsoft access 2013 opened and Click on Blank desktop database

Step 3 - Window appears , then click on create to create the blank database

Step 4 Next, Choose Create and then Choose Form to create a form .

And your Form will be like this .

Step 3 - Window appears , then click on create to create the blank database

Step 4 Click on Create then Click on Query Design

Step 5 Show table will open up , you need to choose your own table the example
and click add
Then your table will be open up into 2 table.

HOW TO CREATE THE TABLES :

Your report Will be like , You can design base on your own desgin.

Step 6 Double click the data on your table , and it will show up for query .

HOW TO CREATE RELATIONSHIP


Step 1 - Click on start icon , find for Microsoft Access and click open Microsoft

Step 2- Then Microsoft access 2013 opened and Click on Blank desktop database

Step 3 - Window appears , then click on create to create the blank database

Step 4 Go to Database and Click on relationship

Step 5 Click on design then Click on Edit Relationships .

step 6 Choose your table/query and Tick All the box and Click ok .
