1) How to use Graphics and Charts.

a) Graphics
i) Open the Microsoft Powerpoint
ii) Go to Insert section.
iii) Then, click SmartArt
iv) Look at the type and list they given
v) Finaaly you click OK and it will appear.
b) Charts
i) Open the Microsoft Powerpoint
ii) Go to Insert section.
iii) Then, click Chart
iv) Choose the charts you want and depend what it need.
2) How to Running Presentation.
- You can click at keyboard by pressing F5 to running the presentation
CONCLUSION:
You can do any presentation by using the Powerpoint at home, school and office.
