Improvements Made to ATP Related Programs

I would like to share with the ATP community the improvements I made
with the ATP-related programs that I maintain.
In particular:
1) Pl42mat.exe and Converter.exe have been updated to support pl4 files
containing more than 9 Universal machines (and up to 99)
2) PlotXY.exe has been thoroughly improved:
a) the same extension about UM numbers as in case 1) has been made
b) in addition to the familiar program, the package now contains an
improved version that allows to manage several plot windows at a time.
Since this new program is more demanding in terms of system resources,
the older one is still supported and maintained
c) to ease starting again previous program setup, the possibility of
saving and restoring program state has been added;
d) all the bugs that were evidenced were corrected. In particular a
serious one that caused the program to crash after several selections
and deselections of variables has been understood and corrected.
