We can see in this graph that each project built houses of different sizes. Project 97 built the
largest homes at an average of 1612.20 SQ. FT. While Project 47 built the smallest homes at an
average of 1507 SQ. FT.

Project that sold the closest to the asking price. Selling $133,670 below the asking price.

Recommendation

Although Project 97 sold more, the sizes of homes in Project 97 were

also larger therefore cost would be more to build.
Project 61 did sell the closest to the asking price, but again the homes
were still slightly larger than Project 47.
Project 47 provided the smallest home for the most money.

My Recommendation is to invest in Project 47.
