put together a proposal. The main idea is to rearrange the bedroom in order to create an open space in the
room to be used for various other activities. With the design attached, it should be possible for you to use
the new empty corner as a space for creating and recording new music. Please have a thorough look at the

outdoors. Over the years we have improved our effectiveness by utilizing geometric transformations and
mathematical computations when creating our designs. We are committed to manage the available
resources responsibly.

Executive Summary
This proposal is for the designing and decoration of the bedroom on the 2 nd floor of the Smith residence.
Our company consists of fully qualified and creative team members that will use mathematics to create
and efficient and eye pleasing home space.
The main requirements are as follows:

 Reflecting and translating the bed

 Translating and rotating the desk
 Translating and reflecting the drawer

Approximate floor area: 396 square feet.

Design Phases
Our interior designers will improve the visual appearance of the space which will maximize the available
space in the room. We will involve you throughout the entire process.
Plan and Strategize: In this phase, we will have a thorough discussion with you and your team about the
potential room designs. Our team will come prepared with various room designs, created by them with
your input. At this meeting, our team will suggest the design they believe is the most effective based on
the clients wishes.
Design: With the final agreed upon design, we will start renovating the space.
Bed: We will transform the bed from its original position. First, we will reflect the bed over the y-axis.
Next, we will translate the bed 3 units to the left. From this position, we will then translate it 1 unit down.
By doing this, the bed will be moved to the opposite side of the room creating a second smaller empty
space in its old position. This design will provide you with two large empty spaces.
Desk: We will transform the desk from its original position. To begin, we will translate the desk 5 units to
the left then translate it down one unit. After this, we will rotate the desk 90 degrees. By doing this, the
desk will be placed in the middle of the room, allowing for you to have more wall space to hang images
and inspiring posters.
Drawer: We will transform the drawer from its original position. First, we will translate the drawer 2
units to the right. From this position, we will reflect the drawer over the y-axis. Then we will translate the
drawer up 5 units. The new location of the drawer will provide you with a short distance between your
bed and the objects in the drawer, making them easily accessible.
Procurement: We will place orders for the required furniture and decor items to be used in the space.
After their shipment and delivery, our interior designers will decorate the space.

Timeline
Step 1: make 3D designs in Software and get your approval. Time: 1-2 weeks
Step 2: Order and design the furniture and materials needed. Time: 4-5 weeks.
Step 3: Decorate the space. Time: 2-3 weeks.
Step 4: Setup the bedroom and reveal the final outcome. Time: 1-2 weeks.

Consultation fee $3,000
Labor cost $8,000
Delivery and Installation $15,000
Overhead Cost $5,000
Total $31,000

A fee of $10/square feet will be charged.

Terms

 All purchases made will be first approved by your company.

 20% non- refundable payment shall be made upon proposal acceptance.
 70% of the total payment must be made after the design has been finalized.
 Our designs and drawings are and shall remain the property of ABC.
 Our designers reserve the right to take photographs of their designed space.
