Please describe your use of specialist contractors

Specialist contractor:
1. Inspection Service
The contract includes plant inspector team and pipeline inspection team.
Plant inspector team is responsible for piping, pressure vessel and structure
inspection, meanwhile pipeline inspector team is responsible for pipeline and
ROW inspection.
2. Lifting inspection service
The contract scope is to inspect all lifting equipments owned
3. Small painting service
The contract scope is to perform touch up painting as follow up inspection
recommendation.
4. Intelligent pigging service
The scope is to perform intelligent pigging pipeline in area.
5. ROW maintenance service
The scope is to perform maintenance and repair ROW
6. NDT Inspection service
The contract scope is to perform non destruction testing (NDT) such as MT/PT
(Magnetic Testing/Penetrant Testing) and RT (Radiography Testing). It is used
to inspect piping and pressure vessel, but the frequency is not often as
Ultrasonic testing.
7. Rope access inspection
Contract scope is to perform inspection for equipment which have difficult
access for normal inspection activity. Equipments required rope access:
Tower, flare stack and high location piping/pressure vessel. Rope access
replace
8. Cathodic protection maintenance and repair
The scope is to perform survey cathodic protection and repair/replace if any
broken/missing cathodic protection. It is campaign based service, not in daily
basis.
