Management has also decided to prohibit processing all such request (s) for waivers regarding Promotions, Placements, internal Selection, Officiating arrangements, foreign postings, domestic postings / transfers etc, which are over and above the defined criteria or without HRB vacant position. 3. All employees are advised to refrain from submitting formal request (s) for grant of waivers in cases where they are not meeting the required eligibility criteria / conditions. They are also advised to refrain from submitting formal requests for promotions and posting / transfer from one foreign or domestic station to another without availability of vacant HRB posi 4, All departmental DGM HR / HR Manager (8) are therefore advised, not to entertain and process any such request (s) of waivers for management's consideration, which are not meeting the general policy guidelines. 5. The eases of placement in higher pay groups on the basis of professional qualifications in accordance with existing rules of the corporation shall be allowed, however, no waivers shall be allowed which are not covered under the corporate policy.
