6. Neutrality: the policy or status of a nation that does not
participate in a war between other nations.
7. Domestic Policy: administrative decisions which are
directly related to all issues and activity within a nation's
borders.
8. Grueling: characterized by effort to the point of
exhaustion.
9. Precedent: an example that is used to justify similar
occurrences.
10. Ensuing: following immediately and as a result of what
went before.
