OnOctober13,2015,Isenttoyourofficebycertifiedmailtheurgentrequest,
referencedabove,andattachedagaintothisletter.Tothisdate,Ihavereceivedno
responseonmyrequest.
TheAdministrativeProceduresAct(1958),Article2,says:
2(a)Onceapublicservicepersonwasaskedinwritingtoexerciseauthority,
vestedinsuchpersonbylaw,thatpersonshalldecideontherequestand
expedientlyrespondtotherequesterinwriting,butnolaterthan45daysfrom
receiptoftherequest.
Instantrequestfollowsnumerousfailedattemptsinrecentyearstoobtainlawfully
certifiedcopiesofSupremeCourtdecisions.
Thesafeguardofintegrityofcourtrecordsthroughvalidandhonestcertificationis
essentialformaintainingpublictrustinthejudicialprocess.Itisalsopartofthe
internationalobligationsoftheStateofIsrael,pursuanttotheHagueApostille
Convention(1961).
Therefore,IhereinrequestthatPresidingJusticeoftheSupremeCourtrespondon
myrequest,referencedabove,withinthetimeprescribedbylaw.
