I would really appreciate your help with a class project. My

teacher just read a book to my class titled Flat Stanley by Jeff
Brown. This story is about a boy who is flattened when a bulletin
board falls on him. He discovers that he can have all kinds of
adventures as a flat person! For example, he can go in and out
of rooms, even when the door is shut, just by lying down and
sliding underneath. He can be rolled up and carried anywhere.
He even mailed himself to California for a vacation.
My classmates and I decided to make ourselves flat, too.
This is where you come in. I have chosen to send Flat
__________________ to you. I would like you to take Flat
_______________ on an adventure(s) with you. Then I would
appreciate it if you could write a letter to me and my class telling
us anything you would like to share with us. Besides telling us
who you are and where you live, you may want to tell us about

do that may be unique to your area, etc. Also tell us about your

known for.
My classmates and I are so excited about our flat people,
and we hope you will share our excitement. We are eagerly
waiting to hear from you, and hope we will have our responses
