Dear Rana Shaheryar Khan,

Congratulations on your success on the Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional exam, which you took on 2 July
2015. You have met the scoring requirements for successful examination, and are now recognized as a Certified
Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) by the SMRP Certifying Organization.
A certificate recognizing your achievement is enclosed. Please display it with pride, as it reflects that the examination of
your applied skills, knowledge, and experience has met the challenging criteria developed by the SMRP Certifying
Organization. Also, enclosed is a letter of explanation on the proper use of the CMRP logo.
The bar graph below is intended to give you some feedback on your relative examination strengths. Your performance in
each of the 5 pillars (dark grey bar) is compared to the performance of all successful candidates over the last 6 months

The SMRP Certifying Organization welcomes you as a certificant, and will notify you of future events. For example, an
annual meeting of SMRPCO will be held at each annual SMRP conference for the purpose of election of officers and
directors. As a CMRP certified by SMRPCO, you have the right to participate and vote on matters such as these
pertaining to the organization, as long as you remain a certificant in good standing.
Renewal of your certification is achieved by accumulating and submitting 50 hours of reliability and/or maintenance
continuing education every three years and paying an administrative fee. Alternatively, you may re-take the exam with
success every three years to maintain your certification. SMRPCO will notify you when these are due through a letter
issued three months prior to your three-year anniversary of certification.
Once again, congratulations on your achievement, and best wishes for future success.
Very truly yours,

Vlad Bacalu, CMRP, CMRT
