Nina and | have been friends and colleagues for over nine (9) years. During that time, | have gotten to know Nina quite well and can thoroughly vouch for her character and abilities. Having worked with Nina in the past, | fully understand her capabilities and watched her excel in different positions within the past two companies we worked together at. Nina was always willing to learn and roll-up her sleeves to get the job done. She is able to work effectively with others and add value by increasing morale and fostering teamwork A prime example of these attributes was in the summer of 2006 when we worked for an airport ground handler. For a week, most of our flights were severely delayed (9+ hours) due to a security threat. Nina and | worked 40 hours of overtime in one week. Not once did she complain or reduce her output. They were long days, but we got through them and her a certainly contributed to maintaining a positive environment. ide Itis without the slightest hesitation that | would recommend Nina for a role that she is confident she could take on, Her abilities, adaptability and dedication make her a viable individual in humerous different capacities.
