  Wellington/Atlantis Drywall Framing Division 2000-
 Framing superintendent in multifamily 2009
construction, consisting of one, two, three and
four story apartment communities. Both
residential and commercial wood framing. Also in
conjuction with block and tunnelform structures.
 Duties consisting of managing safety, secondary
lumber takeoffs, building erection from the slab to
the roof, quality control, forklift operation,
inspections, hiring of hourly and subcontracted
employees, coordination with lumber, nail and
hardware companies, weekly jobsite meetings and
payroll.
 I have successfully completed numerous projects
for exceptional companies such as Contravest
Construction, Bainbridge Construction, Lowder
Construction, Colonial Construction, C.E.D
Construction, Vestcore Construction, Lecesse
Construction, Roda Construction, Winterpark
Construction, Camden Construction, Wilson
Construction. Some of my projects are featured on
quite a few of their web sites.
 Am fully knowledgeable and experienced with
current building codes for the state of Florida,
having built sites in numerous locations there and

in North Carolina.

 Voltage Building Systems.

Started with this company as a forklift operator;
within one year, had progressed to Superintendent. 1993-
Fulfilled Superintendent duties for the remaining 4 1995
years.

 Moon Engineering
Installed stealth tile for the Department of Defense
on Navy Destroyer Vessels. Carried Class Four
Security Clearance.
