Work Experience
Autumn Care of Cornelius
March 10, 2015 - May 16, 2015: I started as a CNA. Responsibilities included activities of daily living
with residents, making beds, feeding, charting, taking vitals, as well as handing out meal tray and
feeding residents.
May 18, 2015 November 5, 2015: I went from being a CNA to a Rehab Tech. My responsibilities are
making sure the rehab gym is clean and neat, transporting residents to and from their therapy
sessions. Also, I help with therapy sessions by playing ball, holding cones and so forth with the
residents and the therapists.
I worked as a CNA getting residents ready for their day. Activities of daily living, handing out meal trays,
making resident beds, doing laundry when it was needing to be done, and just making sure the
residents were taken care of and had everything they needed were my responsibilities.
I also worked as a Med Tech here. I was responsible for giving the residents their medication and
making sure they got it on time. I also had to do charting in the MAR (medication administration
record) to show proof that the medication was given.
