Reflection week 5

Time management is one of the important focus that the

teacher should develop herself on. According to

this I

focused to deal with two main things. The first one is to

deal with the e-learning. Especially during the explore
stage. The second focus was on the time. The lesson
period is only 40 minute. So I tried my best to cover
these things. I was surprising about the students direct
respond

during the e-learning lesson. They solve the

issue and some of them help other students to solve

their tablets issues to help in moving the lesson. I learnt
that collaborative skills that I support during my lessons
is shown. Students learned to be collaborative and
helping others. In addition, the students having deferent
learning style. The teacher have to combined between
concepts and the differentiation of learning style. That
will clarify the lesson and make the students able to
cover their needs. Moreover, I achieve my goal at the
end of the week. I deal with the lesson period and cover
all my lesson plan. in addition, the e-learning was
working with students understanding process because
their curriculum focus on e-learning.
