Observed Strengths: /

Areas in which further development is needed:

Thekrayat starts the lesson quite well by

asking what her rules are. She plans and
prepares for lessons in advance very well and
effectively. She livens up a science lesson with
new innovative ideas. She had made
worksheets which she thought was easy for
them to do but the difficulty the children faced
was easily solved by Thekrayat recapping and
showing the power point she had made again
to the class. She has a clear tone of voice that
all students understand very well.

Thekrayat needs to work on pronunciation of the difficult

words as children recite exactly how the teacher
pronounces the word. Some words she wrote on the
board are misspelled and need to be rectified quickly as
students would write down the wrong spelling of the
words in their copybooks. She needs to grasp the
understanding of differentiation by ensuring that
worksheets are made for students as per their abilities.

General Comments:

Thekrayat has come a long way from the first observation for the next lesson I would like to see a starter
and a plenary timed correctly. I would like to see what kind of assessment she will take from them such as
formative or summative assessments.
