DESCRIPTION: A MINI-SIZED SLOW-RELEASE, DRY APPLICATION NITROGEN FERTILIZER

BENEFITS: NITROFORM 38-0-0:

Is a non-burning form of slow-release organic nitrogen produced by combining urea and formaldehyde
under controlled manufacturing conditions.
Is released by soil micro-organisms, the nitrogen is available during the plant growth cycles when organisms are most active.
Contains 71% of its nitrogen as slow-release.
Is available in Blue Chip (mini-sized).
Is comprised of uniform, dust-free particles that blend well with other forms of fertilizers.

PREPLANT: Broadcast 10 lbs. of NITROFORM Blue Chip per 1,000 sq.ft. and work into top 1 to 2 inches of soil.
ORNAMENTAL, FRUIT & CITRUS TREES: PREPLANT: Apply 1 pound of NITROFORM per gallon-sized container
or wrapped ball. Mix with backfill. Bare root trees, apply lb. of NITROFORM in the planting hole, mix and backfill.
MAINTENANCE: Apply lb. of NITROFORM for each one inch of trunk diameter around the dripline.
NURSERY CONTAINER GROWN PLANTS: SOIL MIX: Add 2-4 lbs. of Blue Chip per cubic yard of soil.
MAINTENANCE: Apply teaspoon per 4 inch pot 1 teaspoon per 6 inch pot.
