Job
Experience:
City of Salt Lake, Department of Parks and Recreation (Spring
2013present). Responsibilities include working in the pro-shop at
Bonneville Golf Courses, with focus on customer service such as
greeting customers, making tee times, check-in, providing assistance
regarding golf course procedure and management of the till. Duties
also included marshalling of the golf course ensuring proper pace of
play as well as golf cart maintenance.
Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort (November 2013- present).
Responsibilities include teaching children ages 3- 15 how to ski and
snowboard by creating a fun and engaging environment. The focus is
on customer service and keeping the children engaged throughout the
course of the day. Other duties include greeting guests and customers,
supervising children, and getting them lunch. During the 2014-2015
winter season I developed a snowboard program for children 4-6 years
old to be implemented for the 2015-2016 winter season. It is called
the Kinderboard Program and is featured on the Snowbird website.
Assistant golf instructor under Nate Olsen, PGA Golf Professional at Red
Ledges Golf Club and head coach of Judge Memorial High School Golf
Team. Responsibilities included teaching children 6-12 years old the
fundamentals of golf. Clinics took place at Bonneville Golf Course as
well as Jeremy Ranch Golf Club.
