AN ACT Relating to: The allocation of $1350.00 (one thousand three hundred and fifty dollars) from the Student
Events Pool (6272-0200-03) for the ASWSUV General Election.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASWSUV SENATE:

Sec. 1. An allocation of $1350.00 (one thousand three hundred and fifty dollars) for the purpose of
conducting the ASWSUV
General Election
• VanCougar advertising $300
• Food and door prizes for 3 debates $350
• iPod Shuffle $400
• Miscellaneous $300
TOTAL $1350.00

STATEMENT OF FACT: This money will allow the Election Board to more effectively advertise and conduct the
ASWSUV General Election. Advertisements will read “Co-sponsored by ASWSUV” in 14-point font or
font equal to the average size lettering on the advertisement, for all advertising for the event(s) as required
by ASWSUV By-Laws (260.12).
