Example: SFVC keeps statistics on clients who
come in for certain types of services and reports
those statistics.

Provide leadership in promoting sustainable
changes in service delivery and practice to
improve the quality of social services.
Example: SFVC has task force meetings with other
agencies to discuss how to better serve the
population of Robeson County.
