To whom it may concern,
My name is Grant & I would like to inquire about your open intern position. I
found your listing at Jobing.com, & was very intrigued by the opportunity. I would
love to set up an interview at your earliest convenience because I believe I could
be a valuable asset to your team.
I am currently a junior at Arizona State University working towards a bachelors
degree in film. Luckily I am continuing my education online so I have the ability to
work in Los Angeles. After reading your post I think we would have a mutually
beneficial professional relationship, as I am passionate & eager to learn more
about documentary film making. In addition to having a good eye for details, I am
a driven & efficient self-motivated person & I would love the opportunity to gain
more experience of this on a professional level. Through my film major, I have
learned to critique & evaluate all genres of film & have found that to be one of
my greatest strengths. Ive uncovered a hidden passion in documentaries because
of their ability to enlighten audiences through truthful storytelling. I firmly stand
behind your founder, Robert Redfords mission statement Storytellers broaden
our minds: engage, provoke, inspire, and ultimately, connect us.
I thank you in advance for your consideration. I look forward to hearing from you. I
will send my resume along as well. In about a weeks time I will follow up to touch
base with you on the best way to move forward.
Warmest regards,
Grant Nadji
