seat customers to their tables. As an expo made sure food was getting out to tables at a reasonable
time, brought food to tables, managed cooks to make sure they had started on food, communicated
between cooks and servers to avoid too many voices at once, prepared food, made salads, made sure
the food was presentable before it left the kitchen.
