Steps
1. Screw the 4 3 standoffs at each of the
corner of the 30x15 baseplate using 4

advanced gear screws


2.screw the vex cortex anywhere on the
bottom of the 30x15 baseplate using advanced
gear screws and 2 nut 8-32 keps in the middle.
3.screw in 2 wire motor on the bottom of the
30x15 plate with shaft coupler in the hole to
one side of the 30x15 plate with the length of it
parallel with the long part of the plate.

4.plug the two wires into the 2 wire to 3 wire


cable, and plug into the 2nd port on the vex

cortex label motor.


5.put the bearing flat on the top of the 30x15
plate perpendicular to the motor with the
middle hole lining up with the hole for the
motor.
6.place long shaft into the shaft coupler and
has to be in the middle of the c- channel

1x2x1x35.
7.slide a shaft collar down the shaft until it is
all the way down, and tighten with allen
wrench.
8.put 84t gears and c-channels 1x2x1x35
onto the shaft, and screw the metal stick to the
gear in the middle of it.

9.place c-channel at the middle of the other

side of the 30x15 plate.


10. place another bearing flat onto the end
of the 1x2x1x35 metal stick.
11. put another shaft into the middle of the
bearing flat and use the shaft collars to keep it

from falling.
12. place Earth onto the shaft that is
connected to motor, and moon to other shaft.
13. put battery any other corner away from
the motor side.
14. plug battery into hole on Vex Cortex.
15. Flip on the switch, and have Fun!
