May-August 2015

Performed a study comparing the functionality of over 60 different protein variables in protein bar application. Worked with flavor
scientists to add flavor profiles to egg replacement products. Developed new protein bar formulations from customer flavor &
nutritional requests. Helped develop and implement environmental safety testing program.

Spring 2015

Assisted Graduate and PhD students with lab work, data entry, and experiment design in Dr. Dojin Ryus toxicology lab. Focused
efforts on nationwide study of food safety survey and education program as well as hand washing study.
Rogue Crew

Summers 2011-2014

Rogued pea, carrot, bean, and onion fields for off-types and diseases to ensure quality. Provided an accurate review of each field for
later reference while working. Became a leader of a rogue team my last summer.
