Why is planning and preparation for learning important?

What do you have to think about before you begin to plan for
learning?
What stages did the teacher go through in order to be prepared for
teaching?

A teacher should do plan and prepare the lessons for

learning the students. It is an important step for good
teacher how to arrive the information clearly. Also, it is
important to know what she will teach the students and
gives them to do in the classroom, what she gives them
homework, and she can't give them on this day. Teacher
Necessary think about the students should learn in this
grade, and which activity is good for this age of students
and they can understand it. And how much time she has for
this lesson because she has many lessons must finish it in a
specific time. The teacher prepares to teach in some steps;
first she read a lesson and know what is the important thing
in this lesson must students learn it. Second she finds two
or three activities are appropriate for the lesson. Third she
looks how much time has to teach this lesson. Finally, she
can make her plan and go through it to teaching students.
