The Proposal

1.) The Topic

Title: The Essence of Freedom
Topic: To closely examine the nature of what it means to truly be free. In
todays society slavery is consider inhuman and illegal in many countries.
However I question the nature and definition of freedom.

2.) The Research Question

Are people really free?

What is the price of freedom?
Have people been blinded by distraction?
Is possible to truly be free from all responsibility?
If one decides to live a life free of responsibility outside of social norms
how will the rest of society view them?
Do people really practice free will?
Why do people conform to societys standard of living?
Can people break of their social norms and lives they truly desire?
What are the effects of living by society rules ?
At what point do people actual start living their lives?

In this essay I will explain what it truly means to be free. I will answer what is
the price of freedom, what are the effects of living by societies rules, and
have people been blinded by distractions.

Importance To The Field (S) Of My Work

The research I am conducting on the nature of freedom will help
people assess their lives. It will help them look at life differently
and ultimately figure out who they are living their lives for and at
what cost to them. The research of this project may prove useful
in light of other project involving stress management and social
impact.
Steps Of My Argument
I plan to construct my essay using MLA format with the use of
subheadings.

Methods Of Investigation
I plan to on using peer reviews articles, documentaries, novel, and
reading biography.
Course of Action
After I have conducting my research I will present my findings in a
detailed esay.
