Once you complete your training you should be extremely in well cultivated on how
to use Microsoft Office 2010. You should be able to apply hyperlinks to worded
texts and know how to alter and manipulate templates for your personal use on word
documents.
The basic functions associated with Microsoft Office Word include, modifying the text, changing
the page layout, checking grammar and spelling and printing. These are the very
basics of Microsoft Office Word and most of these tasks can be done by checking
the ribbon or simply right clicking.
During this training session you will also dive deeper in Microsoft
Office Word 2010 by analyzing different visual aspects of word such as working
with shapes, formatting pictures and inserting clip art to make you work more
presentable. You will also arrange line and paragraph spacing while using lists
and columns to organize your work.
Lastly some of the more advance topics that you will cover will include
interpreting styles and themes, evaluating documents, using templates and using mail merge to
help send your work to other people. By the end of this seminar you should be capable of using
Microsoft Office Word and teaching it to your students.
