EPC 1401

Planning and preparation are very important for learning because it makes
everything related to each other and helps students understand in a simple
way. When they transfer from an idea to the other, they will be able to
connect the supporting ideas together and then relate it to the main idea of
the lesson. If the teacher thought well about the connection between each
idea, then she will surely help students understand the whole lesson easily.
But before I begin my planning I have to think about students levels, their
ability to understand something, and what am I going to present to them.
There are stages that teachers go through in order to prepare a lesson.
Those stages are: firstly read the lesson, understand it, and relate its ideas
together. Secondly consider the levels of the students and how this lesson
will be presented in a way that suites each level group. Thirdly set the plan
for the lesson, prepare for the lesson according to the plan. And then present
the lesson.
