Remember yesterday when we were talking about people who live in the Middle East? And how their culture is different than ours? Well today we are going to talk about where the Middle East is exactly in the world. Body: Teacher will explain to the students how there are many different places in our world. The teacher will then show the students a map of the world, discussing where we live and then discussing where Middle East is located. Then the teacher will discuss with the students the different countries that are in the middle east and how the compare to the States that we have in the United States. Closing: The teacher will have the students come up and show where the Middle East is located on the map. The teacher will ask the children if they enjoyed learning about Middle Eastern culture. Transition: (What are you going to do next?) - Introduce where Middle East is located, and how they have a different culture than us in the United States Evaluation: (Questions to ask yourself.) 1.
