Implementing and Managing Learning

Description: These feedback reports written by the MCT, it describes my

management and implementation areas of my teaching practice . The first feedback is
from the semester 2 in the third year. The second feedback is from the fourth year in
semester 7. My MCT talked about using different aspects and the strengths of both of
using the management and implementation parts.
Justification: The first feedback by MCT also demonstrates my management skills
performed in that lesson. It is clearly demonstrating how I used body language as a tool
to manage the students behavior such as eye contact to make sure all students involved
in the lesson. Using body language has a strong impression on students and using
it also help to gain more leverage with the students (Miller, 2005).
It also mentioned how I used the reward system to encourage students to participate and
involve them in the lesson. Moreover, for the implantation's part, it mentioned that how I
kept things moving smoothly and used questioning which made the students interesting.
Using reward management system for students in the classroom help to encourages
positive attitudes and behavior (Armstrong, 2006).

The second feedback it demonstrates the Implementation part of my teaching. It clearly

mentioned that my instruction is good and obvious to students before starting the
activity. It also mentioned that how I implement the video activity effectively, by let
students read the questions before watching the video helped me in setting up the class
for video. Moreover, because of good implementation I had many responses and
motivated student in that lesson.
