Goal 2

I will work to improve students speaking skills in each English class through providing speaking
activity that help to increase student talking in class room and that for grade three students in
Osama Bin Zaid School during my teaching practice in semester 1, year 4.

Objectives

Using different strategies and approach is a result for helping students to increasing their
English speaking skills in the class room. From my experience using discussion strategy is

help to improve talking skills because through discussing student will increase their speaki
level. (Roth, 2013)

Choosing activities that can help the learners to raises their self-esteem in class room. From

my experience using group activity help student to feel comfortable with his friend through
that student will increase his speaking skills. (Ginn, nd)

Using new technique such as using technology and wed sites for English speaking skills. An
that what is my MST suggest to me to found new activity.

Using English language only in English even when student are talking to his friend. From m
experience the more we practice English the more we improve in English speaking. (Roth,
2013)

Implementing and Managing Learning

Using appropriate language for speaking, also it presents target language for writing and speaki
clearly and appropriately. Grades the students on their level of speaking, and also it is employs
activities that help to integrate the language to across areas skills.
Implementation strategies.

I will ask teacher which type of English skills students are not good in or which skills they
have to improve it and then I will focus on this type of English skills and prepare many
activities about it.

I will `prepare writing activity to help learners improve their writing skills. Like: giving
student picture and ask him to write complete sentence to describe this picture.

I will use reading strategies ti increase student reading skills. Such as preparing suitable
paragraph to student level and ask them to read and answer the work sheet.

I will use speaking activity to improve students English talking in class. For example using
dissection strategy and let students to talk about topic, like: type of clothes we wear it in
seasons.

I will chose 3 students who are weak in writing, 3 students who are weak in reading and 3

students who are weak in speaking then I will write note about each one after having activ
in class.

I will let my MST to observe me once a week to evaluate my PDP goals.
