Odden
This
is
an
example
of
brain
breaks
that
I
use
in
my
classroom.
Often
students
enter
my
classroom
from
the
regular
education
setting
needing
a
break.
Doodling
or
drawing
allows
the
students
to
lessen
their
anxiety
before
going
back.
Heads
up
7-up
is
a
reward
game
or
a
game
to
lighten
in
the
mood.
It
also
gets
the
kids
up
after
sitting.
Brain
breaks
allow
me
to
help
keep
my
students
focused,
on
task
and
keep
a
positive
environment
in
my
classroom.
