Mushroom Pat

Ingredients

300 g. mushrooms
2 onions
2 slices of wholemeal

bread
2 tablespoons of oil
Aromatic herbs: thyme,

rosemary, oregano
Salt
Glass or ceramic jars

Method

1. Soaked the slices of bread


in water or milk for an
hour.
2. Slice the mushrooms.
3. Fry the onions and the
mushrooms with little
salt.
4. Drain the bread.
5. After frying, add the
bread and the aromatic
herbs.
6. Put into a food processer.
7. Fill the jars with the
mushroom pat.
8. Eat within the next 4
days.
9. Enjoy your meal!
