Devil`s Snare is a thick vine that lives in
caves or other such dark, wet areas. It
thrives only in the dark, so the most
common way to repel it is using the charm
Lumos*. Another way to survive a Devil`s
Snare attack is to simply relax.

Man-Drakes are very dangerous and
deadly because of their pain-inducing
screams. DO NOT go anywhere near them
without ear-muffs on.
A young Mandrake`s scream may cause a
black out for 1 hour to 1 day. However, the
mature ones may kill you, or, at best,
cause a coma for up to 5 years.

Bowtruckles are lithe little creatures, with
an amusing disguise as a twig. This
disguise helps them protect their homes,
trees of precious wand-woods. In order to
protect their trees, Bowtruckles use a
variety of methods, including the clawing
of the victims eyes out.
