SECTION 3 STATUTORY LANGUAGE

A) All business owners running any type of business in the United States shall request documentation of
citizenship for those applying for a position in his or her workplace. Any natural born U.S. citizen shall have
first priority of employment when competing for a position with newly converted U.S. citizens. Although the
constitution calls for equality among all citizens, it is only fair that the citizen who has legally been apart of
the United States for the longer period of time, has priority over a new citizen. Any illegal immigrant found
working under false pretenses shall be subjected to deportation back to his or her home country, unless
the proper authorities are provided with documents which give the individual the right to work for a specific
amount of time.
B.) The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Employment and training Administration will fund this program
through tax revenues of at least 10% collected from the people of the United States. All people obtaining a
business license will be forced to pay a fee that will directly go toward the expenses of this bill.
C.) Any business owner and/or manager found breaking this law shall be fined up $4,000. This law shall go
into effect January 1, 2016
