Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE

This act may be cited as the Illegal Immigration Reform Act of 2016.
SECTION 2. FINDINGS

Congress hereby finds and declares that,

There were 11.3 million unauthorized immigrants in the U.S. in 2014
There were approximately 7.7 million illegal immigrants employed by U.S. employers in 2008
The U.S. would gain 4 billion dollars over 3 years if the 11 million undocumented immigrants were
properly documented and accounted for.
Illegal immigrants have cost our state of California 9 billion and 38 billion dollars in public services.
U.S. taxpayers spend 12,000,000,000 million dollars a year on primary and secondary school education for
the children of illegal immigrants.
Drug Cartels make approximately 6.6 billion dollars a year smuggling drugs across our border.
The mexico border is 1,900 miles long making it very difficult to cover that much ground at once.
Unauthorized immigrants make up 5.1% of the U.S. labor force
The U.S. border patrol has over 20,000 employees to pay and account for
SECTION 3. STATUTORY LANGUAGE

A) The Illegal Immigration Reform Act of 2016 will increase border patrol funding to help secure our
country's borders and to further stem any more illegal immigration attempts. Every year millions of people
come to our country illegally cutting those who follow the painstaking legal process of entering the country
fair and legally how every person should.
B) The Department Of Homeland Security shall receive an increase of 1million dollars annually to
distribute how they should. Many programs such as the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and
the U.S. citizenship and immigration services (USCIS). Some underfunded programs like the Executive
Office of Immigration (EOIR) can use the funding any many ways to hire more staff something they could
never afford to do before.
C) The Illegal Immigration Reform Act of 2016 shall greatly increase our border security which shall
increase our country's safety. This bill shall be enacted on January 1, 2016.

The Immigration Reform Act of 2016 will increase funding to Border Patrol by 1 million dollars
annually to stem immigration. Every day millions of people from all around the world pour into our
country every year. This act would help defer the cost of having deport illegal immigrants who are already
in our country saving money but stopping immigration at the source. They can also use the money to buy
cars, boats, and suvs all things the agents use every day. The money could be used to increase the pay raise
of border patrol agents properly compensating for the painstaking job they have.
