That the Georgian Bluffs-Chatsworth BioGRID Joint Board accepts the Veolia
October and November 2015 monthly wastewater reports.
6. Reports and Recommendations:
1) Negotiations with SusGlobal
Motion: (move and second)
That the Joint BioGrid Committee receives report BIO.15.17 from the Director of
Operations and provides direction as to the negotiation of a partnership
agreement with SusGlobal.
2) Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement
Motion: (move and second)
That the Joint BioGrid Committee receives report BIO.15.18 from the Director of
Operations and authorizes the signing of the Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement
with SusGlobal.
3) Action Items List
Motion: (move and second)
That the Joint BioGrid Committee receives the Action Items list and provides
direction.
