Coming up at the top of the hour the Chicago police officer

charged with the murder of 17 year old Laquan McDonald was

due in court on Friday.
Officer Jason Van Dyke is being charged with 6 counts of murder
and another count of official misconduct.
Van Dykes first charge is being accused of shooting McDonald
without lawful justification, following up a misconduct charge in
which as an officer of the law, Van Dyke broke the law.
Van Dyke spent 6 nights in jail before being freed on a $1.5
million bail on November 30.
Van Dykes attorney Daniel Herbert is requesting an occupational
venue change for Mr. Van Dyke.

I adapted and rewrote this story due to when I was reading
the article they seemed to go around and space out the important
things, as if the person who wrote the article was already on Van
Dykes side.
