Conclusion

Pesticide is a chemical compound used to kill pests - pests on crops intended. Pesticides have
various types depending on the type of plant that is being targeted pests. Based on the source
material, pesticides are divided into two chemical pesticides and pesticides made from vegetable
raw materials (biopesticides). The need for pesticides increases with the increasing need for
clothing, shelter, food annually. Plant designed to meet biopesticide products amounted to 21,000
kg, which means it takes the raw material of 9793.40 kg of tobacco leaf, surfactants of 14700 kg
and bio-oil produced by tobacco leaves as much as 6300 kg. biopesticides making process is by
chopping the leaves of tobacco so that the tobacco leaf is small with a roll crusher. Then the
tobacco leaves that have been shredded inserted into the drying rack. Once out of the dryer racks,
tobacco leaf is inserted into the pyrolysis process. To obtain the desired bio-oil, gas pyrolysis
results incorporated into the quenching process and drastically lowered the temperature by biooil that has been in splitting in order to get the desired bio-oil. The remainder of the gas is still
carrying a bit of bio-oil will be captured in the demister so it can flow into the storage tank. Char
formed from the pyrolysis process will be burned perfectly so that the gas produced will be
supplied as a heating source in the drying rack. Bio-oil and surfactant stirred with a stirrer so that
the product is ready in filling and packaging as required.
