Did you know The Louisiana Business & Technology Center at LSU has
successfully helped more than 500 entrepreneurs turn their business
ideas into businesses? Launched in September 2010, the LBTC Student
Incubator Program assists students with business idea development to
begin their business as a career option after graduation. The Student
Incubator showcases LSU student entrepreneurs and awards seed
capital for the startup of business ventures in the annual Venture
Challenge.
As a bronze sponsor in the previous Venture Challenge, your
publications generosity has helped with the startup of four business
ventures. This year, we hope to fund the startup of even more ventures
with your help in gaining additional sponsors.
With your assistance in raising awareness for the Venture Challenge
program, your publications readership will increase while reaching a
broader audience demographic of young, aspiring business
professionals.
The Incubator is the first step to becoming a successful entrepreneur,
with more than 28 LBTC tenant companies creating 140 full-time jobs in
Baton Rouge.
