And school comes along just to end it
So the annual problem for our generation
Is finding a good way to spend it!!!
Those lyrics are quite popular amongst todays kids, probably because theyre busy spending
their summer slouching off on a couch watching TV. Though one would think, hey its the
holidays, let em do what they want!. But at times their lethargy gets on your nerves. We at
Sampa BJJ - Martial arts bring the perfect and most convenient solution.
Todays kids would rather prefer messaging their friends, playing video games or just aimlessly
surfing the internet all day long. The concept of adventuring out into the wilderness or just
spending the day out in the yard has bitten the dust. We believe in making your childs summer
worthwhile, and a fun learning experience helping your kids to grow.
Whos the camp for?
The summer camp is for kids from near and around Glendora, San Dimas, La Verne and Covina.
Well be having activities all throughout the day, and you can drop your kids off and have a
relaxing day to yourself! Though we dont have any strict age restrictions, wed prefer school
going kids. And parents, dont worry if you think your child isnt cut out for our activities! The
whole point of this camp is to get lazy kids out and doing more outdoor stuff!
What kind of physical activities will be covered?
Our aim here at the camp is to expose the children to a wide variety of activities, games and
trips. We have special trainers who bring about the traditional art of self-control and skillmastery in the form of martial arts to the kids in a very fun and innovative way. We assure you
that our camp caters to even those who have never taken part in any physical activities.
Apart from martial arts, the kids will take part in other self-improvement activities and games
aimed at building teamwork and other qualities we see todays kids lacking. We also will
promote and encourage the kids to participate in community service as a part of our responsible
citizen initiative.
Well also have free time for the kids to learn and try out new sports and games, and were
having a big trampoline set up just for the camp!

Yup, we thought about how this would put off the fun-loving lot of you, so the organizers have
an exhaustive list of places where well be having picnics and Field trips. Some of the places we
have in store include:

Water Parks in Covina and Burbank

Discovery Cube in Los Angeles
Visit to the Martial Arts museum and the central library

And fun gaming arcades with laser tag

Visit to Animation Studios

So, theres definitely not going to be a lack of fun things to do throughout the camp!
Though we would love to have everyone with us, and will try not to restrict the number of kids
