Glucose concentrations of milk in different temperature environments before,

immediately after, and 2 minutes after adding Lactex. Designated temperatures were
attained using a heating plate and an ice bucket. Glucose concentration levels were
measured with glucose test strips. There was no replication, due to time constraints.
