    Charges:
    NYS PL 155.35(1) Grand Larceny in the Third Degree

    The above listed defendant was arrested on December 30, 2015 and charged with one count
    of Grand Larceny in the Third Degree. It is alleged that between April and December of
    2015, and without authorization to do so, the defendant accessed his employers checking
    account to pay personal bills and household expenses and used credit and debit cards
    belonging to his employer to make personal purchases that totaled in excess of $20,000.
    Allen was arraigned before Justice Towne in the Wilton Town Court and posted $1,000 to
    secure his release. Martin was ordered to reappear at a later date.
