Answer the 10 questions below using the STAR method.

1. How do you handle stress?


Taking deep breathes, or going on a brief walk to clear my head for a moment.
2. What motivates you?
The pleasure of succeeding and the desire to reach my goals.
3. Think of a time when you worked as part of a team. What were your experiences?
Were you able to complete the assigned task? If not, what did you learn from the
experience?
It was a soccer game against a highly ranked team in the district tournament. Were able
to pull off a big win by pulling together and used each and every player and everything
we knew and all of our abilities to function as a fine tuned machine.
4. What do you expect from a supervisor?
Guidance when needed, constructive criticism, and support.
5. What are your goals for the next two to three years? How do you plan to achieve
those goals? Get to college and begin my path towards having a pleasing career.

6. Describe a difficult experience at work or school and how you handled it.
Over the summer at work we had to paint three apart ments in two and a half hours
unexpectedly, we were also shorthanded that day. iI helped handle this situation by
putting my best foot forward by putting out my best ideas to my bosses on how we
should split the group to get the jobs done in the most efficient way possible and by
putting in my hardest work in every single task that I did.
7. Describe your career goals.
My career goals are to achieve a career that I am content with, am able to easily
support a family with, and that I can always be happy with it and never feels like a
bother.
8. How do you measure success?
I measure success based on my happiness. If I am happy and achieving my goals then i
am succeeding.

9. How would you handle it if your boss was wrong?


I would handle it in the most respectful way possible. If my boss were telling me to do
something that would endanger myself or others I would refuse to do the task.
10. What are you passionate about?
Im passionate about soccer, music, and simply doing everything i can to succeed in life.
