Local Mission Outreach for Small Groups

We are encouraging small groups to be involved in local missions outreach every


quarter. Please consider praying, serving and financial support as a small
group. Listed below are CCGF local partner and local supported
Missions outreach opportunities
Partner Mission
Urban Impact Foundation- UIF- Inner City Ministry in the North side- Focuses on helping at-risk
kids, youth and their families by meeting needs academically, spiritually, physically and socially.
CCGF Caf-Every Sunday at CCGF, 2-2.5 hours-CeCe Poister 412-716-9952,(bring a baked
good to sell if possible)
CCGF Meal for Choir Practice-Every Tuesday at CCGF 5:30-7:30 Kathy&Bill Hamilton
412-766-4404, Meal for 120 children- can prepare, serve or donate

Supported Missions
Young Lives- Mentoring Program for young single mothers- Judy Pytlik 412-818-3917CCGF Meal preparation for 30- 2nd Friday each month-6:00-7:00

Coraopolis Ground and home maintenance and projects- Flexible days and time
Choices Pregnancy Services- Front line of abortion, provides free ultrasounds and STD testing,
counseling, parenting and post abortion programs- Allyson- 412-264-0200

orphan care, family preservation, adoption and foster care.

Purpose statement for Missions at CCGF:


To serve Jesus as we pray, educate, equip and involve the congregation in local and global
missions.
Partner Missions- Is a ministry/organization that CCGF supports financially and promotes
regularly for optimal congregation involvement and works in conjunction with the leadership.
Supported Missions- Is a ministry/organization that CCGF highlights one or more times per
year and/or supports financially

Provide a meal as a small group and participate in conversation with students from
other countries; this is a wonderful multicultural experience.
