Performance Profiling
Name:

Date:

Performance profiling is often used by coaches and players as a way of figuring out
strengths and weaknesses. This is a good way of finding out what each goalkeeper
needs to work on. Coaches can then use the information to plan sessions based on
ability and what the goalkeepers need to develop in order to improve. This may be
useful for teachers and coaches who are taking a block of sessions. (Brian Mac Sports
Coach 2015).All they have to do is fill in the blocks with areas such as; kicking,
paddle work, fitness etc and mark the player, 10 being strong 1 being weak.
