Assessment and Recommendations: The laboratory tests did not show evidence of
anemia, diabetes, liver or kidney problems. The thyroid tests were normal. The urinalysis was normal. The
cholesterol numbers were very good. The iron (ferritin) level were normal.
In summary, great results. Continued success in school! Check in every year or two and as needed.
