Description
I am making contact regarding the location of our company gym. As most of you
know the gym has drastically decreased in size due to the wheel group moving into
the current gym space. As the company groups there is going to be a demand for
more and more office space and some of the less necessary components of the
company will be moving or removed. Please fill out the survey below and place it in
the mailbox at HR.

On scale of 1-10 how regularly do make use of the gym facilities at trek before the
move. 1 being never and 10 being very regularly

Will having the gym being diminished to lifting equipment only effect your work out
routine? Yes or No

What is your preferred method to maintain the gym, Temporary set up until building
renovations in the spring, put gym funds in other utility, or put funds to offsite
company membership.

If you would like to allocate the funds elsewhere, Where what would be an
appropriate use?

Do you have any suggestions on what should happen to the gym?
