A thorough knowledge of the sector specific happenings is a must. An overview of the Current affairs is
also important. Awareness of the club activities and Certification course. Apart from this, prepared for
HR related questions, for example; what are your strengths and weaknesses? What are your short term
and long term goals? What challenges have you faced at your workplace? Work experience related
questions, especially the tenure at USA.

services sector knowledge.
Why do you think, you were selected?

The panel seemed to be impressed by the profile. Graduate from the reputed BITS, Ranchi, work
experience at Oracle, 3 month stint at USA, good performances in Olympiads, good grades and a
variety of extracurricular activities contributed a lot. The interview experience was smooth.
